TEACHER AIDE (Secondary) Science Laboratory Assistant
(Permanent Part Time, Monday to Friday; min 30 hours per week; Term Time only;
Term 2 start)
The Teacher Aide (Secondary) Science Laboratory Assistant works specifically to the teaching staff in the Science Department providing both practical and administrative support. The role includes a focus on assisting with the preparation of resources across a range of areas including junior science, chemistry, physics, and biology. The role includes classroom teacher support and will be required to set up practical experiments and take carriage of the WH&S requirements as they apply to laboratories, chemicals, and other stores. Ideally applicants would have some experience in classroom support. Applicants must hold a current Blue Card.
